Welcome to the fine print!
Not particularly mysterious but probably worth a read.
Because Sub Rosa Stacks products are produced in small batches, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Shipping
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is received.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order leaves our hands.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Sub Rosa Stacks products are produced in small batches, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can determine the best resolution.
We want you to receive what you actually ordered, in the condition you expected it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package is still in transit, please allow a little extra time for carrier delays.
If your package appears to be lost, or tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll help determine the next step.
Sticker Care
Our stickers are made from durable vinyl but are not waterproof.
To keep them looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, and harsh weather.
They are not recommended for dishwashers or items that will be regularly exposed to water.

Sold Out Items & Restocks
Sub Rosa Stacks creates products in small batches, so quantities may be limited.
Some curiosities may find their way back into the archive. Others may not.
Restock information will be shared when available.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination.
Any applicable fees that are not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Payments & Refund Processing
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to appear.
